Common use of Certified SRSE Retention Bonus Clause in Contracts

Certified SRSE Retention Bonus. An employee, who is CNSC Certified to operate the NRU reactor and has held the certification for greater than six (6) months prior to the 2013 CNSC exam date, will be paid a one-time non-pensionable lump sum payment in the amount of $25,000. The payment will be made within thirty (30) days of the 2013 CNSC Certification exam date.
