Certifying Authority. The Public Fund of the Republic of Slovenia for Regional Development and Development of Rural Areas (hereinafter Slovenian Regional Development Fund) shall act as the Certifying Authority. The Slovenian Regional Development Fund is a public financial fund controlled and guided by the Regional Development Directorate within the Ministry of Economic Development and Technology. The Head of Finance Division and Certifying Authority of the Slovenian Regional Development Fund shall act as the Head of the Certifying Authority. The roles and responsibilities of the Certifying Authority are stipulated in the Regulation, in particular Article 5.4 thereof.
