Estimated Texas franchise tax payments with over payment to cover any penalties and interest were made. However, the accountant failed to file the necessary reports. We anticipate those to be filed, a tax clearance letter for reinstatement from the Comptroller's office, and filing with the Texas Secretary of State to be handled by award date.
