Common use of Certifying Authority Clause in Contracts

Certifying Authority. The Department for management of EU Funds within the Budget directorate of the Ministry of Finance shall act as the Certifying Authority. The Head of the Department for management of EU Funds shall act as the Head of the Certifying Authority. The roles and responsibilities of the Certifying Authority are stipulated in the Regulation, in particular Article 4.5 thereof.
