Certifying Authority. The Certifying Authority Department of the Ministry of Regional Development of the Republic of Poland shall act as the Certifying Authority. The Director of the Certifying Authority Department shall be the head of the Certifying Authority. The roles and responsibilities of the Certifying Authority are stipulated in the Regulation, in particular Article 4.5 thereof, excluding the tasks explicitly assigned to the National Focal Point in section 1 of this annex.
