Common use of Cessation of Entitlement Clause in Contracts

Cessation of Entitlement. Upon the Design-Builder's assignment of agreements, contracts, Trade Contracts and Owner's payment of monies due Design-Builder as provided in Subparagraph 5.3.1.4.1 above, Design-Builder shall be entitled to no further compensation of any kind from Owner and shall have no further obligation with regard to the assigned agreements, contracts, or Trade Contracts.
