CessationA Person shall cease to be a General Partner upon the transfer of its entire interest in the Partnership or upon any event of withdrawal set forth in the Act. Upon the occurrence of any such event of withdrawal, such Person or its transferee shall have the right to receive distributions and allocations with respect to its Partnership interest, shall be treated as the transferee of a Limited Partner, and shall have the right to become a Substituted Limited Partner upon the unanimous written consent of the Limited Partners.
Cessation. If Executive violates any provision of Sections 3, 7 or 8 of this Agreement, any severance payments or other benefits being provided to Executive will cease immediately, and Executive will not be entitled to any further compensation from the Company.
CessationParental Leave shall cease when the employee: 10.2.4.1 resigns during the period of leave. 10.2.4.2 elects not to return to his/her position at expiry of leave, or fails to do so within the prescribed time limit.

CessationImmediately upon any such cessation, removal or reduction (whether or not because of action taken by the party which gave the notice), that party shall give a further written notice to such other party to that effect and forthwith thereafter, that party shall observe or perform, or resume observance or performance of, (but in the case of any such reduction only to the extent thereof) the obligation and/or liability under this Agreement whose observance or performance was previously prevented by the relevant event of force majeure.
Cessation. 11.1.4.1 A Registered Owner may under no circumstances resign as a Member of the ASSOCIATION. 11.1.4.2.1 When a Member ceases to be a Registered Owner of a property, he shall ipso facto cease to be a Member of the ASSOCIATION.

College agrees that failure to make a good faith effort to prepare and provide the CVC Exchange with courses aligned to the OEI Course Design Rubric shall be an event which may cause termination of this Agreement and loss of benefits outlined in this Agreement and its attached Appendices. b. Cessation. Notwithstanding any provision of the LLC Agreements to the contrary, immediately following the admission of the Assignee as the sole member of each of the Acquired Entities, the Assignor shall and does hereby cease to be a member of each of the Acquired Entities, and shall thereupon cease to have or exercise any right or power as a member of each of the Acquired Entities.
Cessation. 13.1 At any time during the Term, the Department may, in the Department's absolute discretion, request the Organisation to immediately and permanently cease delivery of part of the Services by giving written notice, if: (a) notice has been given to the Organisation by the Department under clause 14.1 [Termination of Agreement] and the breach has not been satisfactorily remedied by the Organisation within thirty (30) Days of receiving the notice; (b) in the reasonable opinion of the Department, the Organisation commits a serious or Material Breach of this Agreement which is not capable of remedy; (c) the Department reasonably considers that the Organisation has behaved in a way that may: (i) be contrary to prevailing community standards; (ii) be regarded by the public as unacceptable; or (iii) bring the reputation of the Organisation into disrepute, and the Department reasonably believes that continued association with the Organisation may be detrimental to the reputation of the Department; or (d) if the Organisation breaches an essential term of this Agreement as described in clause 14.4 [Termination of Agreement].
