Cessation of Entitlements and Company Right of Offset. Except as otherwise expressly provided herein, all of Executive’s rights to salary, Executive benefits, fringe benefits and bonuses hereunder (if any) which would otherwise accrue after the termination of the Employment Period shall cease upon the date of such termination. The Company may offset any loans, cash advances or fixed amounts which Executive owes the Company against any amounts it owes Executive under this Agreement.
