Period of Employment. The “Period of Employment” shall be a period of three (3) years commencing on the Employment Commencement Date and ending at the close of business on the third (3rd) anniversary of the Employment Commencement Date (the “Termination Date”); provided, however, that this Agreement shall be automatically renewed, and the Period of Employment shall be automatically extended for one (1) additional year on the Termination Date and each anniversary of the Termination Date thereafter, unless either party gives notice, in writing, at least thirty (30) days prior to the expiration of this Agreement and the Period of Employment (including any renewal thereof) of such party’s desire to terminate the Agreement or modify its terms. The term “Period of Employment” shall include any extension thereof pursuant to the preceding sentence. Provision of notice that the Period of Employment shall not be extended or further extended, as the case may be, shall not constitute a breach of this Agreement and shall not constitute “Constructive Termination” for purposes of this Agreement. Notwithstanding the foregoing, the Period of Employment is subject to earlier termination as provided below in this Agreement.
Period of Employment. Executive’s “Period of Employment” shall commence on the date on which a Change in Control occurs during the Term and shall end on the date that is twenty-four (24) months after the date on which such Change in Control occurs (subject to the provisions of Section 20 below pursuant to which the Period of Employment may be deemed to have commenced prior to the date of a Change in Control in certain circumstances).
Period of Employment. The “Period of Employment” shall be a period commencing on July 17, 2023 (the “Effective Date”) and ending at the close of business on the first December 31st following the third anniversary of the Effective Date (the “Termination Date”); provided, however, that this Agreement shall be automatically renewed, and the Period of Employment shall be automatically extended for one (1) additional year on the Termination Date and each anniversary of the Termination Date thereafter, unless either party gives written notice at least sixty (60) days prior to the expiration of the Period of Employment (including any renewal thereof) of such party’s desire to terminate the Period of Employment (such notice to be delivered in accordance with Section 18). The term “Period of Employment” shall include any extension thereof pursuant to the preceding sentence. Notwithstanding the foregoing, the Period of Employment is subject to earlier termination as provided below in this Agreement.
Period of Employment. Executive’s employment with the Company shall be governed by the provisions of this Agreement for the period commencing September 11, 2003 and continuing until this Agreement terminates pursuant to written notification by either the Company or Executive, which notification may occur at any time for any reason or no reason. The period during which the Executive provides services to the Company pursuant to this Agreement shall be referenced in this Agreement as the “Employment Period.”
Period of Employment. The Executive shall remain in the employ of the Company throughout the Term of this Agreement in accordance with the terms and provisions of this Agreement. This Agreement will automatically renew for annual one-year periods unless either party gives the other written notice, by February 1, 1999 or February 1 of any succeeding year, of such party's intent not to renew this Agreement.
Period of Employment. The employment of Executive by the Corporation pursuant to this Agreement shall be for a period (sometimes referred to herein as the “period of employment”) beginning on the date hereof and continuing, unless sooner terminated as provided in Section 6 herein, through December 31, 2003; provided, however, that on each December 31, commencing with December 31, 2003, such period of employment shall automatically be extended for an additional year unless ninety (90) days prior thereto either party hereto has given written notice to the other that such party does not wish to extend the period of employment.
Period of Employment. The period of the Executive's employment under this Agreement shall commence on the Effective Date and shall, unless sooner terminated pursuant to Section 4, terminate on October 1, 2005 (such period, as extended from time to time, herein referred to as the "Term"). Subject to Section 2(b), and if the Term has not been terminated pursuant to Section 4, on October 1, 2005 and on each October 1st thereafter (each such October 1st, an "Automatic Extension Date") the Term shall be extended for an additional period of one year.
Period of Employment. The “Period of Employment” shall, unless sooner terminated as provided herein, be three (3) years commencing on August 1, 2008 (the “Effective Date”) and ending with the close of business on July 31, 2011. Notwithstanding the preceding sentence, commencing with August 1, 2010, and on each August 1 thereafter (each an “Extension Date”), the Period of Employment shall be automatically extended for an additional one-year period, unless the Company or Executive provides the other party hereto sixty (60) days’ prior written notice before the next scheduled Extension Date that the Period of Employment shall not be so extended (the “Non-Extension Notice”). The term “
Period of Employment. The term “Period of Employment” shall mean the period which commences on the Effective Date and, unless earlier terminated pursuant to Section 6, ends on December 31, 2007; provided, however, that the Period of Employment shall automatically be extended by one year effective January 1, 2008 and each year thereafter until such date as either the Company or the Executive shall have terminated such automatic extension provision by giving written notice to the other at least three months prior to the end of the initial Period of Employment or any extension thereof.
Period of Employment. The period of Executive's employment under this Agreement will commence as of the date hereof and shall continue through August 16, 2000, subject to extension or termination as provided in this Agreement ("Period of Employment"). On each anniversary of the commencement of the Period of Employment, the period of Executive's employment shall be extended for additional one (1) year periods, unless either party gives notice thirty (30) days in advance of the expiration of the then current period of employment of such party's intent not to extend the Period of Employment.
