Common use of Cessation of Entitlements and Company Right of Offset Clause in Contracts

Cessation of Entitlements and Company Right of Offset. Except as otherwise expressly provided herein, all of the Employee's rights to salary, employee benefits, fringe benefits and bonuses hereunder (if any) which would otherwise accrue after the termination of the Employment Period shall cease upon the date of such termination. The Company may offset any loans, cash advances or fixed amounts which the Employee owes the Company or its Affiliate against any amounts it owes the Employee under this Agreement.
