Common use of Cessation of Event Clause in Contracts

Cessation of Event. The Party claiming Force Majeure shall give notice to the other Party of the cessation of the relevant event of Force Majeure; and the cessation of the effects of such event of Force Majeure on the enjoyment by such Party of its rights or the performance by it of its obligations under this Agreement, as soon as practicable after becoming aware of the above.
