Common use of Cessation of Rights and Obligations Clause in Contracts

Cessation of Rights and Obligations. Upon termination of this Contract pursuant to Clauses 10 hereof, or upon expiration of this Contract pursuant to Clause 3 hereof, all rights and obligations of the Parties hereunder shall cease, except (a) Such rights and obligations as may have accrued on the date of termination or expiration, (b) The obligation of confidentiality set forth in Clause 16 hereof, (c) Any right which a Party may have under the Applicable Law.
