3.9.1 All plans, drawings, specifications, designs, reports, other documents and software prepared by the Consultants for the Client under this Contract shall become and remain the property of the Client, and the Consultants shall, not later than upon termination or expiration of this Contract, deliver all such documents to the Client, together with a detailed inventory thereof.
3.9.2 The Consultants shall not use these documents for purposes unrelated to this Contract without prior written approval of the Client.
