Common use of Cessation of Rights and Obligations Clause in Contracts

Cessation of Rights and Obligations. Upon termination of this Contract pursuant to Clauses GCC 12 or GCC 19 hereof, or upon expiration of this Contract pursuant to Clause GCC14, all rights and obligations of the Parties here under shall cease, except (i) such rights and obligations as may have accrued on the date of termination or expiration, (ii) the obligation of confidentiality set forth in Clause GCC22, (iii) the Consultant's obligation to permit in section, copying and auditing of their accounts and records set forth in Clause GCC25, and (iv) any right which a Party may have under the Applicable Law.

Cessation of Rights and Obligations. Upon termination of this Contract pursuant to GCC Clauses GCC 12 27 or GCC 19 28 hereof, or upon expiration of this Contract pursuant to GCC Clause GCC1424, all rights and obligations of the Parties here under hereunder shall cease, except except: (ia) such rights and obligations as may have accrued on the date of termination or expiration, ; (iib) the obligation of confidentiality set forth in GCC Clause GCC22, 17 hereof; and (iiic) the Consultant's ’s obligation to permit in sectioninspection, copying and auditing of their accounts and records set forth in Clause GCC25GCC Clauses 51(b) and 51(c) hereof, and (iv) any right which a Party may have under the Applicable Law.
