Common use of Cessation of Severance Benefits Clause in Contracts

Cessation of Severance Benefits. If Executive violates the provisions of Sections 3 of this Agreement, any Severance Benefits and/or Change of Control Acceleration, or other benefits being provided to Executive will cease immediately, and Executive will not be entitled to any further compensation and benefits from the Company.

Cessation of Severance Benefits. If Executive violates the provisions any provision of Sections 3 3, 7 or 8 of this Agreement, any Severance Benefits and/or Change of Control Acceleration, severance payments or other benefits being provided to Executive will cease immediately, and Executive will not be entitled to any further compensation and benefits from the Company.
