Pursuit of Released Claims. Except as specifically identified above, I have not filed or caused to be filed any lawsuit, complaint, or charge with respect to any Claim this Agreement purports to waive, and I promise never to file or prosecute a lawsuit or complaint based on such Claims. I promise never to seek any damages, remedies, or other relief for myself personally (any right to which I hereby waive) by filing or prosecuting a charge with any administrative agency with respect to any such Claim, by instituting litigation or arbitration in connection with my former employment. I promise to request any government agency or other body assuming jurisdiction of any such lawsuit, complaint, or charge to withdraw from the matter or dismiss the matter with prejudice.
Pursuit of Released Claims. Employee represents that he/she has not filed or caused to be filed any lawsuit, complaint, or charge with respect to any claim this Agreement purports to waive, and he/she promises never to file or prosecute any lawsuit, complaint, or charge based on such claims. This provision shall not apply to any non-waivable charges or claims brought before any governmental agency. With respect to any such non-waivable claims, however, Employee agrees to waive his/her right (if any) to any monetary or other recovery, including but not limited to reinstatement, should any governmental agency or other third party pursue any claims on his/her behalf, either individually or as part of any class or collective action.
Pursuit of Released Claims. Executive represents that he has not filed or caused to be filed any lawsuit, complaint, or charge with respect to any claim this General Release purports to waive, and he promises never to file or prosecute any lawsuit, complaint, or charge based on such claims. Pursuit of Released Claims. I agree to withdraw all lawsuits, if any, against any Released Party, and I represent that I will not file any lawsuit against any Released Party based on the claims released under this Agreement. I promise not to seek any damages, remedies or other relief for myself personally with respect to any claim purportedly released by this Agreement. I promise to request any administrative agency or other body assuming jurisdiction of any lawsuit, complaint, or charge seeking damages, remedies, or other relief for me to cease pursuing the action on my behalf, except as otherwise provided in Paragraph 2.b above. However, I understand that nothing contained in this Paragraph 5 precludes me from challenging the validity of this Agreement under the ADEA, and this Paragraph 5 shall not apply to ADEA claims to the extent, if any, prohibited by applicable law.
Pursuit of Released Claims. As of the execution of this Agreement, Executive warrants that he has not filed or caused to be filed any lawsuit, complaint, or charge with respect to any Claim this Agreement purports to waive.
Pursuit of Released Claims. Executive represents that neither Executive nor his heirs, agents, representatives or attorneys have filed or caused to be filed any lawsuit, complaint, or charge with respect to any Claim that Executive is releasing in this Release of Claims. Executive represents that he has not brought or filed, and to the extent permitted by law will not bring or file, any claim, charge, or action with respect to any Claim against the Released Parties, or any of them, and, except as prohibited by law, agrees not to seek any recovery arising out of, based upon, or relating to matters released hereunder. This Release binds not only Executive in respect to these Claims, but it also binds his spouse, heirs, representatives, and legal assigns and successors.

Pursuit of Released Claims. I have not filed, initiated, or caused to be filed any lawsuit, complaint, claim, or charge with respect to any Claim I am releasing in this Agreement, nor has any lawsuit, complaint, claim, or charge been initiated or filed on my behalf. Except as otherwise prohibited by the Age Discrimination in Employment Act or other applicable law, I promise: (i) never to file or prosecute a lawsuit, complaint, claim, or charge based on the Claims released by this Agreement; (ii) to request any government agency or other body assuming jurisdiction of any such action or proceeding to withdraw from the matter or dismiss the matter with prejudice; and (iii) not to accept any monetary relief or recovery from any such action or proceeding filed on my behalf.
Pursuit of Released Claims.
