Common use of Cessation of Severance Payments Clause in Contracts

If, at any point during the period over which severance pay is being paid Employee violates the terms of a severance agreement (as described in Section 5.2 above) or this Agreement, Xxxxxxxx shall have the right to cease making severance payments and COBRA premium payments.
