Common use of CFO Certificate Clause in Contracts

CFO Certificate. The Representatives shall have received a certificate of the Chief Financial Officer of the Company, dated as of the Closing Time in form and substance satisfactory to the Representatives.

CFO Certificate. The Representatives shall have received a certificate certificate, dated as of the date hereof, of the Chief Financial Officer of the Company, dated as of the Closing Time Company in a form and substance satisfactory acceptable to the Representatives.
