Common use of CGL Policy Clause in Contracts

CGL Policy. The Lessee shall deliver to the Agency an ▇▇▇▇▇ Certificate for the CGL policy required by Section 6(a). Such ▇▇▇▇▇ Certificate shall name the Agency as an additional insured in the following manner: New York City Industrial Development Agency is an additional insured on a primary and non-contributory basis for both CGL and Umbrella/Excess.
