SPAM POLICY. 5.1 If we send you promotional emails, you will be able to respond asking us to remove you from our mailing list. However, our official communication with you will be by email (e.g. notice of upgrades and outages, invoices, etc). You agree as part of your acceptance of these terms and conditions, to the sending of emails for those and related purposes.
SPAM POLICY. Clear Lake Independent Telephone Company does not and will not tolerate any person or company who abuses our services to transmit unsolicited commercial email or unsolicited bulk or spam email from our email servers. In addition, maintaining on open SMTP relay is prohibited. When a complaint is received, CL Tel has the discretion to determine from all of the evidence whether the email recipients were from an “opt-in” email list. i. Unsolicited Bulk Email, or UBE, is Internet mail (“email”) that is sent to a group of recipients who have not requested it. A mail recipient may have at one time asked a sender for bulk email, but then later asked that sender not to send any more email or otherwise not have indicated a desire for such additional mail; hence any bulk email sent after that request was received is also UBE. ii. If an unsolicited commercial email or unsolicited bulk email is transmitted by any of our activated Customers, that Customer’s account will be deactivated immediately. The cost of any unused monthly services including the nonrefundable setup fee, as a result of the deactivation, will not be reimbursed. iii. Potential customers who solely wish to use our ISP service to send out “one-time” unsolicited bulk email should not sign up for our ISP service. To report a spammer on our server, contact xxxxx@xxxxx.xxx.
SPAM POLICY a) Transmission of Spam - AgentSecure does not tolerate the transmission of spam. The company monitors all traffic to and from its web servers for indications of spamming and it maintains a spam abuse compliance center to register allegations of spam abuse. Customers suspected to be using AgentSecure products and services for the purpose of sending spam will be investigated. Once AgentSecure determines there is a problem with spam, we will take the appropriate action to resolve the situation, including the possible termination of your Producer account.
SPAM POLICY. 12.1 Customers may not use our services for spamming activities / sending unsolicited emails / requests. If found doing so, we have the right to terminate customer account without any prior notification and no refund would be issued. Bfiber may ask the customer to prove that the user being e-mailed has opted-in to the mailing list. 12.2 Bfiber have zero tolerance policy against SPAM, this means that when a user of our systems and/or network makes himself guilty of spamming (sending out spam), we will immediately remove him from our systems and/or from our network, without a cancellation of the contract or a refund of the open balance. Eventual extra costs made by Bfiber will be charged through to you. On a repeating matter of SPAM, a fee of € 500,- will be charged through to you for the administrative work!

SPAM POLICY. You must strictly comply with the federal CAN-SPAM Act of 2003 (the "Act"). All emails sent in connection with the Affiliate Program must include the appropriate party's opt-out link. From time to time, we may request - prior to your sending emails containing linking or referencing the Affiliate Program that you submit the final version of your email to Palmerbet for approval by sending it to your Palmerbet representative and upon receiving written approval from Palmerbet of your email the email may be transmitted to third parties. It is solely your obligation to ensure that the email complies with the Act. You agree not to rely upon Palmerbet's approval of your email for compliance with the Act, or assert any claim that you are in compliance with the Act based upon Palmerbet's approval.
SPAM POLICY. 8.1 Acquire Interactive is dedicated to ensuring compliance with the Controlling the Assault of Non- Solicited Pornography and Marketing Act of 2003 (the “CAN-SPAM Act”), as amended from time to time. 8.2 Publisher represents and warrants that, with respect to any email containing or promoting a Posting that Publisher “initiates” or “sends” (as those terms are defined by the CAN-SPAM Act), it will fully comply with the CAN-SPAM Act, all rules and official guidance promulgated by the Federal Trade Commission pursuant to the CAN-SPAM Act, the Federal Communications Commission’s rules and orders regulating the transmission of commercial email to wireless devices, and all other applicable laws, rules and regulations. Without limiting the generality of the foregoing requirement, Publisher will comply with the following requirements with respect to any email containing or promoting a Posting that Publisher initiates or sends: (i) the "FROM" line shall clearly and accurately identify the sender or company that is “sending” or “initiating” the e-mail (as those terms are defined by the CAN-SPAM Act). Notwithstanding the foregoing requirement, Publisher shall not place the name of the Advertiser, the subject of the advertisement or any false or misleading information in the FROM line; (ii) the "SUBJECT" line must be reasonably related to the subject matter of the message; (iii) the email must contain a clearly displayed, labeled, and functioning (for at least thirty days after the message is sent) unsubscribe link for both the Publisher and Advertiser. Each unsubscribe link must provide for a universal unsubscribe from receipt of commercial email from Publisher and/or Advertiser, such that any request for removal via the link results in removal from all of Publisher's and/or Advertiser's lists, as applicable. Each link must require the message recipient to do no more than visit a single web page (and not submit any information other than email address) in order to unsubscribe; (iv) the email must include a statement that identifies the email as a commercial solicitation. This may be in the header, body or footer of the email; and (v) the email must contain a valid postal address for the sender. This postal address should be listed at the top or bottom of each email. 8.3 Publisher will comply with the following additional requirements: (i) Publisher may only deliver emails to individuals who have provided consented to receive email offers; (ii) in the event of a spam...
