Common use of Chain of Contracts Clause in Contracts

Chain of Contracts. The Parties acknowledge and agree that this Contract jointly with the other Related Contracts form a chain of contracts, so that the performance of the obligations arising out of this Contract may (i) depend on the due performance of the obligations of the Parties under the other Related Contracts and/or (ii) may affect the performance of the obligations of the Parties under the other Related Contracts.
