Chairman of Meeting. 6.1 At each meeting of the Joint Committee the Chairman, if present, shall preside. 6.2 If the Chairman is absent from a meeting of the Joint Committee the Vice Chairman if present, shall preside. 6.3 If both the Chairman and the Vice Chairman are absent from a meeting of the Joint Committee such member of the Joint Committee shall be selected by the members present and shall preside accordingly.
