Common use of Challenges To This Agreement Clause in Contracts

Challenges To This Agreement. No suit, action, proceeding or ---------------------------- investigation against any Acquiring Entity challenging this Agreement or any of the transactions contemplated hereby or claiming damages in connection with this Agreement or any of the transactions contemplated hereby has been instituted or, to the knowledge of the Acquiring Entities, without independent investigation, threatened.

Challenges To This Agreement.
