Common use of Change and Termination Clause in Contracts

Change and Termination. 7.1. This Agreement shall enter into force on the date of payment by the Customer and is valid until the end of the Event. 7.2. The Contractor shall have the right to unilaterally, without giving reasons withdraw from this Agreement. 7.3. The Customer has no right to unilaterally withdraw from this Agreement after acceptance of its terms and conditions. 7.4. The Contractor shall have the right to change the terms and conditions of this Agreement and its Annexes, introduce new Annexes to this Agreement without notice to the Customer. The Customer, knowing the possibility of such changes, agrees with the fact that they could be made. If the Customer continues to use services of the Contractor after such changes, it means the Customer’s acceptance of the updated terms and conditions of the Agreement.
