Acknowledgment of Understanding. EMPLOYEE acknowledges that EMPLOYEE has read and understands this Agreement; has had an opportunity to discuss it with an attorney; and has received a fully executed copy of it.
Acknowledgment of Understanding. THE EXECUTIVE ACKNOWLEDGES AND AGREES THAT THE EXECUTIVE HAS FULLY READ, UNDERSTANDS AND VOLUNTARILY ENTERS INTO THIS AGREEMENT. THE EXECUTIVE ACKNOWLEDGES AND AGREES THAT THE EXECUTIVE HAS BEEN ADVISED TO CONSULT WITH AN ATTORNEY OF THE EXECUTIVE’S CHOICE REGARDING THIS AGREEMENT, AND THAT THE EXECUTIVE HAS HAD AN OPPORTUNITY TO ASK QUESTIONS AND CONSULT WITH AN ATTORNEY OF THE EXECUTIVE’S CHOICE BEFORE SIGNING THIS AGREEMENT.
Acknowledgment of Understanding. I have read this waiver of liability, assumption of risk, and indemnity agreements above, fully understand its terms, and understand that I am giving up substantial rights, including my right to xxx. I agree to all of the above. I acknowledge that I am signing the agreement freely and voluntarily, and intend by my signature to be a complete and unconditional release of all liability to the greatest extent allowed by law. The waivers, indemnifications and assumptions of risk contained herein shall survive the termination or completion of this agreement.
Acknowledgment of Understanding. I understand that I am giving up substantial legal rights, including my rights, the rights of my child or xxxx, if applicable, and the rights of any RELEASING PARTY to sue for damages in the event of death, injury or loss. I further acknowledge that I, on behalf of myself and, if applicable, my child or xxxx, am signing the agreement freely and voluntarily, and intend my signature to be a complete and unconditional release of all liability, including that due to inherent risks of the activity or ordinary negligence by the PROTECTED PARTIES, to the greatest extent allowed by law of the State of Colorado. If I sign this document electronically, I confirm that my electronic signature will be deemed the same as my written signature.
Acknowledgment of Understanding. You may take at least 21 calendar days to decide whether to sign this Agreement. You are advised to consult with your own attorney prior to signing the Agreement. After you sign this Agreement and return it to me, you will then have 7 days (the “Revocation Period”) to revoke your acceptance of this Agreement, or, in other words, change your mind. If you decide to revoke your acceptance of this Agreement, you must send me a letter declaring your decision to revoke your acceptance, which I must receive before the expiration of the Revocation Period to be effective.

Acknowledgment of Understanding. The undersigned Participant and Parent/Guardian acknowledge and agree that they have read this Agreement, fully understand its terms and agree that they are freely and voluntarily signing this Agreement. Participant and Parent/Guardian further understand and agree that Participant and Parent/Guardian for themselves and on behalf of the Participant: (a) are consenting to Participant’s participation in the Academy; (b) understand that all risks in any way relating to the Participant’s participation in the Academy are expressly assumed; (c) are giving up rights, including the right to compensation for injury resulting from the Participant’s participation in the Academy; and (d) are providing a complete and unconditional advance waiver and release of all liability to the greatest extent allowed by law.
Acknowledgment of Understanding. Executive acknowledges that the Company has advised Executive to consult with Executive's own attorney prior to executing this Agreement. Executive further acknowledges that Executive has had a full opportunity to consider this Agreement, that Executive has had a full opportunity to ask any questions that Executive may have concerning this Agreement, and that in deciding whether to sign this Agreement, Executive has not relied upon any statements made by the Company or its attorneys, other than the statements made in this Agreement. Executive further acknowledges that Executive has read and understands the contents of this Agreement and that Executive executes this Agreement knowingly and voluntarily and with the opportunity to obtain independent legal advice of Executive's own choice.
Acknowledgment of Understanding. EMPLOYEE hereby declares, agrees, and warrants that he: (a) understands the terms set forth herein; (b) voluntarily accepts without coercion or duress those terms for the purpose of obtaining the separation benefits as promised herein and providing the full release of all claims against COMPANY and (c) was advised by COMPANY to consult with an attorney of his own choosing prior to the execution of this Agreement.
Acknowledgment of Understanding. I am 18 years or older and I have read this Standard of Conduct Agreement and fully understand its terms. I have read and understand the rules and regulations of Xxxxx State Club Sports as outlined above and in the Xxxxx State University Club Sports Handbook and agree to fully abide by them during the duration of the Club Sports season. I understand that if at any point during the duration of the Club Sports season I become unable to participate in the activities and events of the WSU Club Sports program for any reason, including but not limited to, ineligibility, injury, ejection due to violation of set rules and regulations, or scheduling conflicts, I will not be refunded any previously paid dues or fees. I understand that I may bring up any and all issues and concerns to the Board of Club Sports and the Assistant Director at any time should I feel the need to do so.
