Acknowledgment of Understanding. EMPLOYEE acknowledges that EMPLOYEE has read and understands this Agreement; has had an opportunity to discuss it with an attorney; and has received a fully executed copy of it.
Acknowledgment of Understanding. THE EXECUTIVE ACKNOWLEDGES AND AGREES THAT THE EXECUTIVE HAS FULLY READ, UNDERSTANDS AND VOLUNTARILY ENTERS INTO THIS AGREEMENT. I have read this waiver of liability, assumption of risk, and indemnity agreements above, fully understand its terms, and understand that I am giving up substantial rights, including my right to xxx. Acknowledgment of Understanding. You may take at least 21 calendar days to decide whether to sign this Agreement. You are advised to consult with your own attorney prior to signing the Agreement. After you sign this Agreement and return it to me, you will then have 7 days (the “Revocation Period”) to revoke your acceptance of this Agreement, or, in other words, change your mind. If you decide to revoke your acceptance of this Agreement, you must send me a letter declaring your decision to revoke your acceptance, which I must receive before the expiration of the Revocation Period to be effective.

Acknowledgment of Understanding. The undersigned Participant and Parent/Guardian acknowledge and agree that they have read this Agreement, fully understand its terms and agree that they are freely and voluntarily signing this Agreement.
