Change Directives and Change Orders. 6.5.1. City and CM@Risk shall negotiate in good faith and as expeditiously as possible the appropriate adjustments for a Change Directive. Upon reaching an agreement, the parties shall prepare and execute an appropriate Change Order reflecting the terms of the adjustment.
