Common use of Change in Agents Clause in Contracts

Change in Agents. to the extent practicable, give at least 14 calendar days' prior notice to the ETP Securityholders of the relevant Series of ETP Securities in accordance with the Conditions of any future appointment, resignation or removal of an Agent or of any change by an Agent of its specified office notified to the Issuer.
