CHANGE IN APPENDIX A. Appendix A of the Agreement relating to compensation of the Subadviser shall be deleted and replaced by the attached Appendix A.
CHANGE IN APPENDIX A. Appendix A of the Agreement, which relates to Section 4 of the Agreement, “COMPENSATION OF ADVISER,” is hereby amended to reflect the following new series and fee schedules:
CHANGE IN APPENDIX A. Appendix A of the Agreement, which relates to Section 3 of the Agreement, “Compensation of Subadviser,” is hereby amended and restated as shown in Appendix A hereto.
CHANGE IN APPENDIX A. Section 3 of the Agreement, "Compensation of Subadviser," is hereby amended:
a. to change the compensation of the All Cap Growth Fund as noted in Appendix A.
CHANGE IN APPENDIX A. Appendix A of the Agreement, which relates to Section 4 of the Agreement, “COMPENSATION OF ADVISER,” is hereby amended to reflect the updated fee schedule for Xxxx Xxxxxxx Disciplined Value International Fund and any contrary fee schedule information is hereby superseded:
CHANGE IN APPENDIX A. Appendix A of the Agreement relating to compensation of the Subadviser is replaced in its entirety by the attached Appendix A. Appendix A is amended to reduce the subadvisory fee for the Technical Opportunities Fund (the “Portfolio”). This Amendment supersedes any prior amendment to the Agreement relating to compensation of the Subadviser.

CHANGE IN APPENDIX A. Appendix A of the Agreement, “Compensation of Subadviser,” is hereby amended to add the following portfolio: Mid Cap Value Trust (the “Portfolio”)
CHANGE IN APPENDIX A. Appendix A of the Agreement relating to compensation of the Subadviser is amended and restated in its entirety as set forth in Appendix A to this Amendment to add the Emerging Markets Value Trust and to decrease the compensation of the Subadviser for the International Small Company Trust.
CHANGE IN APPENDIX A. Appendix A of the Agreement relating to the compensation of the Subadviser is amended to reflect the updated fee schedule for Xxxx Xxxxxxx Disciplined Value International Fund. This Amendment supersedes any prior amendment to the Agreement relating to compensation of the Subadviser.
