Common use of Change in Control Period Clause in Contracts

Change in Control Period. “Change in Control Period” means the period beginning either (i) two (2) months prior to the effective date of a Change in Control and ending twelve (12) months after the effective date of a Change in Control or (ii) two (2) months prior to the effective date of a Hostile Takeover and ending twelve (12) months after the effective date of a Hostile Takeover.

Change in Control Period. “Change in Control Period” means the period of time beginning either one (i1) two (2) months month prior to the effective date execution of a definitive written agreement that if consummated in accordance with its terms would result in a Change in Control and ending on the earlier of (i) the termination of such agreement or (ii) twelve (12) months after following the effective date consummation of a Change in Control or (ii) two (2) months prior pursuant to the effective date of a Hostile Takeover and ending twelve (12) months after the effective date of a Hostile Takeoversuch agreement.
