Change of Control Period. “Change of Control Period” means the period beginning on the date three (3) months prior to, and ending on the date that is twelve (12) months following, a Change of Control.
Change of Control Period. The “Change of Control Period” shall mean the period commencing on the date of this Agreement and ending on the third anniversary of such date; provided, however, that commencing on the date one year after the date hereof, and on each annual anniversary of such date (such date and each annual anniversary thereof herein referred to as the “Renewal Date”), the Change of Control Period shall be automatically extended so as to terminate three years after such Renewal Date.
Change of Control Period. For purposes of this Agreement, the “Change of Control Period” shall mean the period commencing on the date of a Change of Control and ending on the twenty-fourth (24th) month anniversary of such date.

Change of Control Period" means the period commencing on the Company's public announcement of a proposed Change of Control and ending on the earlier of (A) the twelve (12) month period following the consummation of the proposed Change of Control, or (B) the Company's public announcement that the proposed Change of Control will not occur.
Change of Control Period. During the Change of Control Period, the Company hereby agrees to continue the Executive in its employ or in the employ of its affiliated companies, and the Executive hereby agrees to remain in the employ of the Company or its affiliated companies, in accordance with the terms and provisions of this Agreement; provided, however, that either the Company or the Executive may terminate the employment relationship during the Change of Control Period subject to the terms of this Agreement.
Change of Control Period. For purposes of this Agreement, “Change of Control Period” shall mean (a) the period occurring on the date of a Change of Control and continuing for 30 months thereafter and (b) to the extent that the Executive is terminated without Cause within the 12-month period immediately prior to the date of a Change of Control and there is a reasonable basis to conclude that such termination was at the request or direction of any person acquiring control of the Company in such Change of Control, the 12-month period immediately prior to the date of such Change of Control.
Change of Control Period. “Change of Control Period” shall mean the period commencing ninety (90) days prior to a Change of Control and ending on the first anniversary of the Change of Control.
Change of Control Period. The "Change of Control Period" shall mean the period commencing on the Change of Control Date and ending on the last day of the Employment Period.
Change of Control Period. The "Change of Control Period" is the period commencing on the date hereof and ending on the first anniversary of such date; provided, however, that the Change of Control Period shall extend automatically for an additional day at the end of each day during the Change of Control Period so that the Change of Control Period is always the shorter of one (1) year or Executive's Normal Retirement Date.
