Change in Credit and Collection Policies, Business or Organizational Documents. (i) Make or consent to any change in, or waive any of the provisions of, the Credit and Collection Policies in a manner that could be adverse to the interests of the Credit Parties without the prior written consent of the Administrative Agent and the Required Lenders, (ii) make any change in the character of its business or amend, waive or otherwise modify its limited liability company agreement or certificate of formation without the prior written consent of Administrative Agent and the Required Lenders or (iii) amend, waive or otherwise modify any other Transaction Document to which the Borrower is a party or consent to any amendment, waiver or modification of any Transaction Document, in each case, without the prior written consent of the Administrative Agent and the Required Lenders.
