Common use of CHANGE IN FEDERAL OR STATE REQUIREMENTS Clause in Contracts

CHANGE IN FEDERAL OR STATE REQUIREMENTS. If federal or state laws, rules, regulations or requirements applicable to this Contract are amended, performance under this Contract will be subject to the laws, rules, regulations or requirements applicable at the time of performance under the Contract. If federal or state laws or regulations or other federal or state requirements are amended or judicially interpreted so that either TFC or Contractor cannot reasonably fulfill the Contract and if the parties cannot agree to an amendment that would enable substantial continuation of the contract, the parties shall be discharged from any further obligations under the Contract.
