Common use of Change in Fiscal Year Clause in Contracts

Change in Fiscal Year. If, at any time during the Term, Employer changes its fiscal year, Employer shall make such adjustments to the various dates and target amounts included herein as are necessary or appropriate, provided that no such change shall affect the date on which any amount is payable hereunder.
