Borrower shall not change its Fiscal Year from a year ending on August 31 unless required to do so by the Internal Revenue Service, in which case Borrower agrees to such amendment of the terms Fiscal Quarter and Fiscal Year, as used herein, as the Administrative Agent reasonably deems necessary.
