Common use of Change in Initial and Maintenance Margin Percentages Clause in Contracts

Change in Initial and Maintenance Margin Percentages. The Bank may at any time in its absolute discretion change the Initial Margin Percentage and the Maintenance Margin Percentage upon written notice to the Customer or upon telephonic notice to the Customer subsequently confirmed by the Bank in writing. Any such change shall apply to any outstanding or subsequent Transaction entered into by the Parties.
