Special Rates. In addition to the rates otherwise prescribed by this Agreement, the following extra rates will be paid to employees employed under this Agreement. The special rates prescribed in this Agreement will be paid irrespective of the times at which work is performed and will not be subject to any premium or penalty additions. Where more than one of the rates provides payments for disabilities of substantially the same nature then only the highest of such rates will be payable.
