Change in Key Personnel. If the Recipient replaces its Executive Director, Chief Financial Officer, the Board Chairperson or equivalent leadership official, the Recipient must notify the CDFI Fund in writing via a Material Event Form. The form should be submitted via a Service Request through the Recipient’s AMIS account within 30 days of the occurrence.
