In the event of any change in or further interpretation of section 280G or 4999 of the Code and the regulations promulgated thereunder, you shall be entitled, by written notice to Verizon, to request a written opinion of Independent Counsel regarding the application of such change or further interpretation to any of the foregoing, and Verizon shall use its best efforts to cause such opinion to be rendered as promptly as practicable.
