Change in Location of Chief Executive Office; Inventory and Equipment with Bailees. Borrower will not, and will not permit any of the other Obligors to, relocate its chief executive office to a new location without providing 30 days prior written notification thereof to Agent and so long as, at the time of such written notification, Borrower provides any financing statements or fixture filings necessary to perfect and continue perfected the Agent’s Liens and also provides to Agent a Collateral Access Agreement with respect to such new location. The Inventory and Equipment shall not at any time now or hereafter be stored with a bailee, warehouseman, or similar party without Borrower providing Agent with a Collateral Access Agreement.
