Common use of Change in Location or Name Clause in Contracts

Change in Location or Name. Without at least 10 days’ prior written notice to Lender: (a) not relocate any Collateral (other than (i) moveable property such as laptop computers and (ii) other Collateral with a book value less than $100,000) or Records, its chief executive office, or establish a place of business at a location other than as specified in the Supplement; and (b) not change its name, mailing address, location of Collateral (other than (i) moveable property such as laptop computers and (ii) other Collateral with a book value less than $100,000), jurisdiction of formation or its legal structure.
