Communications Act. Notwithstanding any other provision of this Guaranty, any action taken or proposed to be taken by Administrative Agent or any Lender under this Guaranty which would affect the operational, voting, or other control of Borrower or Guarantor, shall be pursuant to Section 310(d) of the Communications Act of 1934 (as amended), applicable state Law, and the applicable rules and regulations thereunder, and, if and to the extent required thereby, subject to the prior consent of the FCC or any applicable PUC.
