Common use of Change in Location or Name Clause in Contracts

Change in Location or Name. Without at least ten (10) days’ prior written notice to Agent: (a) not relocate any Collateral or Records, its chief executive office, or establish a place of business at a location other than as specified in the Supplement; and (b) not change its name, mailing address, location of Collateral (other than Collateral out for repair, in the possession of employees or in transit), jurisdiction of incorporation or its legal structure.
