Common use of Change in Management Fee Clause in Contracts

Change in Management Fee. Manager shall notify Owner in writing of any proposed changes to Manager’s compensation. Any such changes shall be effective on the sixty-first (61st) day after the date of Manager’s notice, unless Owner gives Manager written notice on or before the proposed effective date following Manager’s notice, that Owner does not accept such changes, in which case this Agreement shall terminate in accordance with Section 10.
