Change in Name or Locations. The Debtor hereby agrees that if the Debtor changes its name or form or jurisdiction of organization, or establishes a name in which it may do business, the Debtor will immediately notify the Secured Party in writing of the additions or changes. The Debtor’s chief executive office is listed in the Notice section below.
