Common use of Change in Paying Agents Clause in Contracts

Change in Paying Agents. give or procure that there be given to the Noteholders not more than 45 nor less than 30 days' prior notice of any appointment or any resignation or removal of any Paying Agent or the Calculation Agent or the CMU Lodging and Paying Agent (other than the appointment of the Paying Agents listed in the Conditions) or any change of any Paying Agent's specified office from that last notified to Noteholders pursuant thereto (after having, to the extent required by the Conditions, obtained the prior written approval of the Trustee thereto);
