Change in Pricing. SPS-EFT shall have the right to change any of the above mentioned rates, including the Discount Fee, Transaction Fee, Minimum Monthly Discount and Statement Fee, by giving Merchant written notice of such changes at least thirty (30) days before such new rates take effect.

Change in Pricing. Upon the terms and conditions set forth in Section 3.2 below, the parties agree that Schedule 2 of the Agreement is hereby modified, effective for the period beginning on July 1, 2001 and continuing until December 31, 2003, to provide that the "Standard Wholesale Price for Horizon Customers" and the "Price for Customers of Sprint PCS and its Affiliates" shall be as set forth in the chart below (the "Pricing Chart"). Change in Pricing. LIONS HEATING AND AIR CONDITIONING shall notify the client regarding change of prices via email or service call. Approval of the changes in pricing by the client shall be done by either entering a new maintenance agreement or via email.
Change in Pricing. To reflect the agreement of the parties hereto to modify the pricing applicable to Loans, effective as of the Effective Date the definition of the term "Applicable Margin" as set forth in Article I of the Credit Agreement is hereby amended to read in its entirety as follows:

The amendment to the definition of Applicable Margin shall be effective for the period commencing on the Amendment Effective Date, and interest and fees payable in respect of any period prior thereto, whether due or paid prior thereto or thereafter, shall be computed based on the Credit Agreement as in effect prior to this Amendment.
