Supply of Information. The Republic agrees to deliver or cause to be delivered to each Stock Exchange copies of such documents as may be reasonably required for the purpose of obtaining such listing.
Supply of Information. You must submit all information requested by the Debit Networks, Processor or Member Bank, including but not limited to lists and mailing addresses of terminals. You shall not sell, purchase, provide, or exchange account number information in any form, including but not limited to, transaction receipts, carbon copies of transaction receipts, mailing lists, tapes, to any third party other than to your agents for the purpose of assisting you in your business, or to the Debit Networks, Processor or Member Bank, or pursuant to a government request.
Supply of Information. 3.1.1 The Participant Sponsored Holder will supply all information and supporting documentation which is reasonably required to permit the Participant to comply with the registration requirements, as are in force from time to time, under the ASX Settlement Operating Rules.
Supply of Information. The Current Issuer agrees to supply to the Lead Underwriters for delivery to the UK Listing Authority and the Stock Exchange copies of the Prospectus and such other documents, information and undertakings as may be required for the purpose of obtaining such listing.
Supply of Information. 6.1 In relation to any and all Repertoire Works reproduced under this Agreement, the Licensee will deliver the Music Usage Information to the Licensors or to the Licensors’ duly authorised agent (details of which will be provided to the Licensee) in the standard electronic reporting format (a copy of which is attached at Appendix 3) not later than 2 months following the end of the Quarter to which the Music Usage Information relates.
6.2 The Licensee must also supply the Licensors with any further information or documentation in its possession, power, custody or control (and use its best endeavours to supply the Licensors with any further information or documentation not in its possession, power, custody or control) reasonably requested by the Licensors at any time, in order to enable the Licensors to verify the Repertoire Work(s) which have been reproduced and distributed under this Agreement or to verify that the Licensee is abiding by the terms and conditions of this Agreement.
6.3 The Licensee acknowledges that the Licensors have a responsibility to maximise the efficiency of their reporting to its Members and the Associated Societies. Therefore, if the Licensors wish to make any reasonable upgrade or alteration of whatsoever nature to the Reporting Form as specifically referred to in Appendix 2, and/or Music Usage Information or data specification referred to in Appendix 3 during the Term, the Licensee agrees to use its best endeavours to implement the changes required as soon as is reasonably practicable, PROVIDED THAT the Licensors shall not request that the Licensee implements the change within 3 months of the date on which the request is made, and in each case of a change the following procedures shall apply:
(a) the Licensors shall give full details thereof in writing to the Licensee;
(b) the Licensee will respond in writing within 4 weeks of receipt of the request, stating the date by which it commits to comply with the change and the Licensors shall provide full assistance to the Licensee in order to assist the Licensee in complying with the change; and the parties will then finalise the details and undertake tests to ensure that the change operates satisfactorily within the terms of this Agreement, satisfactory operation of which will be deemed acceptance of the change and Appendix 2 and/or Appendix 3 and/or the definition of the Reporting Form and/or Music Usage Information will be amended or replaced accordingly.
Supply of Information. A State Minister will, upon request by the Minister, supply to the Minister such information relevant to the operation of this agreement in respect of the State as is reasonably so requested.
Supply of Information. Unless otherwise provided under this Agreement, the Principal shall, in a timely manner, provide to the Contractor any information regarding requirements and parameters of the Project, as may reasonably be requested by the Contractor for the purposes of the Study, provided that the Principal is in possession of such information. The Principal shall furnish to the Contractor a preliminary Project program setting forth the Principal’s objectives, schedule, constraints and criteria, including necessities and relationships, special equipment, systems and site requirements.
Supply of Information. 1. If a Parent is interested in the possible placement of his/her child in a Child Centre the Proprietor shall provide the Parent with an information package in which the Proprietor provides a description of the services in the Child Centre, which is sufficiently detailed in order to enable the Parent in his/her orientation on the market to make a further choice between the various Child Centres.
2. The information package is provided In Writing and contains at least the elements outlined in schedule 1 to these General Terms and Conditions or a reference to the location where the documents are available for inspection.
3. After having taken note of the information package the Parent has the possibility of registering with the Proprietor as a party interested in Childcare.
Supply of Information. Following service of a notice by the Contractor pursuant to clause 9.1 the Contractor shall promptly supply to Client any further information relating to the delay which from time to time:
