Common use of Change in Pricing Clause in Contracts

Change in Pricing. SPS-EFT shall have the right to change any of the above mentioned rates, including the Discount Fee, Transaction Fee, Minimum Monthly Discount and Statement Fee, by giving Merchant written notice of such changes at least thirty (30) days before such new rates take effect.
