Common use of Change In Project Description Clause in Contracts

Change In Project Description. Any change in the Project Description shall not be eligible for funding by Authority unless approved in writing by the Authority. Any portion of the Project implemented by Sponsor prior to Authority’s written approval shall not be eligible for reimbursement unless subsequently approved by the Authority in writing, and in no event will any change in scope result in the Authority reimbursing more than the amount awarded for the Project.
