Common use of Change in Scope Clause in Contracts

Change in Scope. For substantial modifications in authorized Project scope, when requested by City and through no fault of Construction Observer, the Construction Observer shall be compensated for time and expense required to perform the additional work at Construction Observer's standard hourly rates per Exhibit B. Construction Observer shall correct or revise any work or errors without additional compensation when due to Construction Observer's negligence or other actionable fault.
